DISCIPLINE:

The students shall conform to a high standard of discipline in and out side of the school. No student is allowed to leave the school campus without permission of the authorities. Those who violate this rule are liable to disciplinary action. The head is fully empowered to remove a student from the school on grounds of disobedience and misconduct in the school and hostel. The parents/guardians may also be asked to withdraw their wards, if the student fail to come to the level of a fixed standard of Education and discipline. Immorality, grave insubordination, ragging, stealing or extortion of money or contempt of authority and breaking rules are always sufficient reasons or immediate expulsion and removal of a student from the school. In case of dispute of any nature, the decision of the head will be final and binding on the students, parents and guardians. All boys are expected to join the school on the notified day. Overstay of the hostel student is generally not permitted and a fine of Rs. 50/- per day will be imposed on hostellers. Request for leave should be sent in advance by parents/guardians to the office.

LEAVE APPLICATIONS:

Leave for absence during the term exam. Can be granted to a student only in case of serious illness. No leave will be granted on the telephone or letters sent by the students. An application from the guardian must be sent to the office. Parents, guardians can meet the students in the visitor's room not to divert in the class

PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION :

Students have to get admission forms from the school office and submit it duly filled in with other relevant documents. They have to appear in the test and attend interview for admission. The age of the child for 6 Year respectively. Admitted students have to furnish the following documents at the time of admission. T.C. from a recognized school duly countersigned by the competent authority of Education Department. Parents of Nursery students have to submit Birth certificate of Nagar mahapalika/Municipal Corporation. Registration for the class 1st and 8th. is generally done in the month of January & February and classes held from April. Vacant seats in the classes held from April. PHONE CALLS Parents/guardians are requested not to call students on telephones until and unless there is any unavoidable urgency. the calls should be made to the principal's office not to the student. Any complaint regarding the hostel must be made directly to the Principal.

All dues are to be paid up to 10 th day of every month, in case of a holiday/ Sunday on 10 th day of the month, fees may be deposited on the next day without fine. Fess can also be paid after the 10 th day of the month with the late fee up to the last working day of the month. Thereafter, prescribed late fee will be charged up to the last working date of the next month. Thereafter the name of the student will be struck off the register for the non-payment of dues in the end of the month. If a child is withdrawn in the first half of the session i.e. up to September, six months fee will be charged. If the child is withdrawn after the month of September full year fee will be charged. Fee for the full session will be charged even if a student joins late, leaves early or absents himself/herself during a part of the term, No concession of any sort will be allowed in fees. cipal.

TRANSPORT FACILITY

The school owns a fleet of 30 buses for the transportation of the students from every part of Agra . If the school vehicle happens to be out of order or there is absence of driver, the parents are requested to arrange for sending their wards to school and taking them back to home at their own responsibility till the vehicle comes to order. However, the school tries its level best to provide alternative service. Bus fee will be payable for twelve months in a year. No concession will be given in bus fee. To withdraw the child from the bus at least two months prior notice in writing must be submitted to the office.

ROUTE OF BUSES

Every has its own route with several fixed stoppages. Buses are fixed to the students and drivers are given the name of the students with their addresses. Our buses are bound of the safe delivery of students at their destination. We try to cover most of the parts of Agra and thus facilitate guardians to send their wards to school without worries.
